I used to think that Alzheimer’s

was actually “Old timers” which made sense to me because mostly old people get it and that the Nissan Altima was pronounced “All-time-ah” like saying Alzheimer’s with a Boston accent. And it made sense to me cause my grandparents drove Altima’s and all other old people I know.
